What you will do
- Co-design and facilitate leadership workshops
- Adapt content to client context
- Support participants with follow-up action plans
- Share feedback to improve programs
What we are looking for
- 5+ years facilitation or leadership experience
- Warm, confident presence in the room
- Alignment with ICE values: performance, integrity, respect
- Coaching or training certification is an advantage
